Abstract

For operational forecast of the melt temperature in the ladle developed a computer model of the thermal state of the «melt-ladleenvironment». Comparison of simulation results with real data on cooling of the melt in a production environment shows that the model can be used to predict the temperature change of the melt during out-of-furnace steel processing.
